User Journeys

Creating engaging User Journeys is a great way to inspire your team to design with your users in mind.

Starting with the personas I’ve created after gathering information on my actual users—through surveys, interviews, and maybe a user study or two—I sit down and write out a story about how the user will interact with the product I’m trying to design. How would your grandmother approach learning to use a new app? It will certainly be a different process than how your 23-year old cousin would do it.

These User Journeys were created in my Interaction Design class, where we did a semester-long project designing an app to manage a school lunch program.
