• VIRTUAL LIVE on ZOOM: These classes will be 30 minutes long, and will be held on Zoom. You'll receive recordings of any classes you're unable to attend. LIVE classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30a.m. Eastern time.

• RECORDED with Motivational Text Group: This option lets you get recordings of every class to use at your convenience. AND you'll be added to our motivational accountability text group for daily connection with everyone else in the class!

• RECORDED ONLY: This option gets you the recordings and no extras, just you and your yoga with no additional complications or commitments.
